Terms and conditions for booking at ROOM Studio
Full payment by credit card is required at booking to confirm your session. No booking is considered confirmed without full payment.
A deposit of CA$300 is required for each booking. This deposit is refundable after inspection if no damage is observed. Costs exceeding this amount remain the client's responsibility.
The client is responsible for all equipment used during their session. Replacement or repair costs for any damage to microphones, headphones, cables, cameras or furniture will be charged to the client.
The client retains full freedom of use of their video content. However, ROOM Studio and CASA Studio retain archive copies for security and promotional purposes.
Date changes require 48 hours notice and are subject to availability.
Sessions must end at the scheduled time. Any additional hour will be charged at $100 / hour.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.
The client must leave the space clean at the end of the session. Additional charges may be withheld if the studio is left in poor condition.
The studio is not responsible for clients' personal belongings. The client is responsible for the safety of their guests for the entire duration of the session.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Montreal.
